Hillross as the holder of an Australian Financial Services Licence is responsible for the financial services provided by the authorised representatives in our Practice. Biography
Philip Eley is the founder and Managing Director of Plan 4 Financial Services. He commenced his career in the Merchant Services before becoming State Manager of a National Building Products Manufacturer at age 28. During the next 5 years he undertook extensive Management Training before commencing his own Financial Services Business in 1985. Phil is a Certified Financial Planner™, founding President of the Hillross Adviser Association and member of the ‘Strategic Group’ - Hillross’s pinnacle Financial Planning Representatives nationally. Phil is married with 3 children and his passions (apart from his family) are sailing, golf and Harley Davidsons.
