Biography
Philip Eley is the founder and Managing Director of Plan 4 Financial Services. He commenced his career in the Merchant Services before becoming State Manager of a National Building Products Manufacturer at age 28. During the next 5 years he undertook extensive Management Training before commencing his own Financial Services Business in 1985. Phil is a Certified Financial Planner™, founding President of the Hillross Adviser Association and member of the ‘Strategic Group’ - Hillross’s pinnacle Financial Planning Representatives nationally. Phil is married with 3 children and his passions (apart from his family) are sailing, golf and Harley Davidsons.
